How much time and effort is needed?
You'll need to listen to 3-4 minute daily audio sessions, and do 15 to 20 mins. exercises mind gym using the SPARK app.

It might seem like a lot, but it actually takes up less than 2% of your waking hours during the program. Think about how much your inner critics are costing you in terms of time, energy, and productivity.

This four-week commitment will save you far more than 2% of your time and productivity in the long run.
